By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

AVORE provides wall panels, decorative materials, accessories, and related products through our online store.

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. Products and Orders

By placing an order with AVORE, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order at the displayed price, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees shown during checkout.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by AVORE.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

A product is unavailable
Pricing or product information contains an error
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order
The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

Payment is processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

AVORE does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction or location.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the AVORE website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or technical errors.

If a significant pricing error affects your order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

5. Taxes and Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and other governmental charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If additional taxes, tariffs, or governmental fees become applicable to an order, they may be charged where permitted by law.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, finishes, textures, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

Screen and monitor settings
Lighting conditions
Photography
Manufacturing variations
Natural or decorative pattern variations
Production batches

For products featuring marble, stone, wood, or other decorative patterns, variations in veining, pattern placement, tone, or texture may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before ordering.

7. Measurements and Quantity

Customers are responsible for determining the correct measurements and quantity of materials required for their project.

We recommend carefully measuring the installation area and allowing additional material for cutting, trimming, pattern matching, waste, or future repairs.

AVORE is not responsible for insufficient quantities resulting from incorrect measurements or calculations provided by the customer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

AVORE offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the continental United States.

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1 business day, with estimated delivery generally ranging from 1–5 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside AVORE’s reasonable control.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is delivered.

Before installing, cutting, trimming, drilling, gluing, or otherwise modifying any product, please confirm:

Product quantity
Product design and finish
Dimensions
Color
Condition
Compatibility with the intended installation

If a product appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact AVORE at hello@avorewallpanels.com before installation.

Installing or modifying a visibly incorrect or damaged product may affect eligibility for return, replacement, or warranty coverage.

10. Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product as soon as possible.

Where applicable, note visible shipping damage with the delivery carrier before accepting or signing for the shipment.

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A description of the damage

AVORE will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 100 days of purchase, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be:

Unused
Uninstalled
Uncut and unmodified
In their original condition
In their original packaging

Installed, used, cut, trimmed, drilled, glued, painted, altered, or otherwise modified products are generally not eligible for return.

Samples, custom products, and certain discounted or final-sale products may also be excluded from returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning products due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.

If a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly shipped by AVORE, we will provide an appropriate resolution and may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

12. Installation

AVORE products must be installed according to applicable product instructions, manufacturer recommendations, building requirements, and appropriate installation practices.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended surface, environment, and application.

Where appropriate, we recommend using a qualified installer or contractor.

AVORE is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Improper installation
Incorrect adhesive or installation materials
Improper surface preparation
Incorrect cutting or trimming
Failure to follow installation instructions
Installation on unsuitable surfaces
Unauthorized product modifications

13. Limited Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, AVORE warrants eligible wall panel products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the conditions and exclusions described below.

Warranty Coverage

The limited warranty may cover:

Manufacturing defects
Defects in workmanship
Material failure under normal intended use
Structural failure attributable to a manufacturing defect

14. Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, or surface damage
Improper installation
Incorrect maintenance or cleaning
Exposure to unsuitable chemicals
Water damage or excessive moisture where the product is not designed for such conditions
Fire, flooding, extreme temperatures, or environmental events
Accidents, misuse, negligence, or abuse
Modification, cutting, trimming, drilling, or alteration
Improper storage or handling
Installation outside the product’s intended residential or commercial application
Natural or expected variations in pattern, color, texture, or finish

The warranty does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, contractor costs, or other expenses associated with replacing a product unless required by applicable law.

15. Warranty Claims

Your order number or proof of purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos
Installation information where relevant

If AVORE determines that a product is covered by the limited warranty, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

Repair the product
Replace the affected product
Provide store credit
Issue an appropriate refund or partial refund

16. Samples

Product samples are intended to help customers evaluate colors, textures, patterns, and finishes before purchasing full-size products.

Due to manufacturing and batch variations, a sample may not perfectly match a later full-size order.

Samples are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

17. Intellectual Property

All content available through the AVORE website, including but not limited to:

Brand names
Logos
Product photography
Graphics
Videos
Text
Product descriptions
Page layouts
Website design
Illustrations

is owned by or licensed to AVORE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from AVORE content without prior written permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the AVORE website or Services:

For unlawful purposes
To violate applicable laws or regulations
To infringe intellectual property rights
To transmit malicious software or harmful code
To interfere with website security or functionality
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
To submit false or fraudulent information

Except where prohibited by law, AVORE’s total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

AVORE is not responsible for:

Installation labor
Removal costs
Reinstallation costs
Contractor expenses
Lost profits
Business interruption
Damage resulting from improper installation or modification
Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

AVORE will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Fire
Flooding
Strikes
Transportation interruptions
Carrier delays
Government actions
Supply shortages
Manufacturing disruptions
War or civil disturbance
Public emergencies
Other unforeseen events outside our reasonable control

By placing an order or communicating with AVORE electronically, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your order, account, delivery, returns, customer support, or other Services.

Electronic records and communications may satisfy legal writing requirements where permitted by law.
